FREE SHIPPING
All orders ship free within the EU. Shipping costs are included in the product price.

14-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer law. No reason needed.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

HOW TO RETURN
Contact us at reinartzbranding@outlook.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at reinartzbranding@outlook.com with a photo. We will resolve it at no cost to you — either a full refund or a replacement.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process it.
